How We Work - Phase One
Although every job is unique, most home remodeling projects follow a similar path.
You don’t incur costs during phase one.
- Recommended Reading Before We Meet
- Preliminary Visit (Allow at least two hours)
- Walk through, listen to your ideas, and outline the project scope (no charge)
- Design Proposal (In person or through e-mail drawings)
- See what your finished project will look like before any work is performed – on the
inside, outside, and from virtually any angle.
- Preliminary Cost Estimate
- After agreeing to a design, an estimated cost is determined. The amount of your investment
is based upon years of experience completing projects just like yours. Up to and
including this phase, you have incurred no costs.
