How We Work - Phase Two
- Develop Full Plans and Get Fixed-Price for Projects
- A non-refundable fee of 1% of the estimate amount ($400 minimum) is collected and
goes toward drawing up preliminary plans and getting firm prices from key suppliers
and sub-contractors. (50% of the fee is applied towards the deposit if you proceed
with completing the project.)
- Construction Agreement/Paperwork Signed
- The fixed-price construction agreement, notice of commencement, permit application,
and other documents are signed. The complete set of paperwork is assembled, signed/sealed
by our structural engineer, and submitted to the appropriate municipality for issuance
of a building permit.
- Remodeling Construction Phase
- Construction typically begins within one week after receiving the permit
- Effective Scheduling and Coordination
- Regular contact to ensure satisfaction.
