Our Experience
My name is Todd Perry and I am the owner of Leading Edge Homes, Inc. I have over 30 years of experience in the construction field and personally design and supervise all projects. Not only have I custom designed additions, master bedroom suites, kitchen and bathroom remodels, and unique hurricane-resistant screen enclosures for
hundreds of clients like you, I am also a Leading Edge Homes client.
By living through many projects, I have gained a true appreciation for the plight of the home owner throughout a home improvement project. An eye for quality craftsmanship; use of smart-design and processes that can ease the pain of a project; knowing materials and techniques that truly maximize the value and efficiency of a project–no matter the size; and the ability to make your renovation appear seamless; these are all bits of wisdom that I share with each of my clients.
My years of experience have taught me that preparation and planning are the only ways to ensure that your project will fulfill your expectations. Our planning eliminates those unexpected and frustrating price surprises in the middle or the end of the project. Our systems help ensure that your home remodeling project is completed with a minimum of disruption to your life.
I handle all aspects of your project for you - from providing a unique design, through construction completion with little impact on your lifestyle. Your home will be the envy of all your neighbors once we’re done.
